By offering free, life-enhancing programs and services to Kentucky’s most underserved communities and populations, we are combatting poverty throughout the commonwealth.

We want to create Pathways out of Poverty for Kentuckians in need of a hand up, not a handout, when searching for self-sufficiency. Through our statewide Opportunity Centers, we offer:

• Addiction treatment
• Housing and transportation assistance
• Legal and expungement services
• Behavioral, mental and spiritual health support
• Financial and digital support
• So much more!

And we aren’t doing it alone. We partner with more than 1,000 likeminded agencies to place 2,000-plus individuals into jobs each year and assist 10,000-plus more with our resources.
