We are proud to partner with likeminded agencies to put our mission into action. Each year, we partner with more than 1,200 employer and community partners to place thousands of individuals into jobs and offer thousands more self-sufficiency resources they use to find success.
By reducing poverty through the power of work, we’re able to help create a better Kentucky. That’s why we’re able to establish partnerships with government and civic partners to launch even more projects.

To help connect program participants with resources that will help them reach self-sufficiency, we partner with hundreds of community partners across the commonwealth each year.
EMPLOYER PARTNERS
To help connect Kentuckians find meaningful opportunities and match them with job openings that best fit them, we partner with nearly 1,000 employer partners throughout the commonwealth each year.
GOVERNMENT AND CIVIC PARTNERS
In addition to our community and employer partners, we partner with 42 chambers of commerce throughout the commonwealth to help deliver our services to those who need them most.
