Statewide Opportunity Centers

Earlier this year, we announced a $100 million partnership with Norton Healthcare to open the commonwealth’s first “Opportunity Campus” in West Louisville. We will begin rebranding current resource centers and opening Opportunity Centers throughout the commonwealth to provide wraparound services in communities where they’re most needed.

We’ve established partnerships with likeminded organizations to collaborate to provide programs and services together at the Opportunity Centers. Learn more about each Center below and stay tuned for the grand opening of others throughout the commonwealth!
