“Goodwill believes in me, in you, in all of us.”
After being released from incarceration in 2018, Tiffany found her second chance at Goodwill. Since then, she has earned multiple promotions, remained sober and reestablished relationships with her children. She loves to mentor and develop employees who have similar experiences and “witness the light turn back on in their eyes.”
“I made a conscious decision that I was not going to walk out of those prison doors the same person I walked in. … I am dependable today. I am accountable. I feel like I have a purpose in my life. This job is everything to me. Goodwill believes in me, in you, in all of us.”
Last year, thanks to your support, Goodwill placed Kentuckians into 4,040 jobs.
