We’re always searching for new ways to reach our customers and advance our mission. In 2021, we launched a new retail initiative, the 2nd Chance Outlet. The outlet is the first of its kind in Kentucky and gives our customers a new, exciting way to shop Goodwill.

At the Outlet, merchandise is sorted into categories and sold by the pound and in large blue boats as opposed to individually priced items on racks at our retail stores. The outlet store sells items that have been donated and cycled through our retail stores.
