At Goodwill Kentucky’s Young Adult Opportunity Center, young adults ages 16–24 have access to resources that help them build brighter futures. The center’s flagship program, Thrive, provides essential professional development through a three-module approach—Soft Skills Academy, GoodStart, and RISE—preparing participants for rewarding careers in healthcare, manufacturing, and the skilled trades.
