LOUISVILLE – This Giving Tuesday, 12/2, Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest injury law firm, and University of Louisville quarterback Miller Moss presented a $10,000 donation to Goodwill Kentucky in support of its programs serving Louisville-area communities.
Morgan & Morgan partnered with Moss through a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) agreement beginning in 2024 during his time at the University of Southern California and renewed the partnership through 2025 after Moss joined the Louisville Cardinals. As part of the agreement, Moss donates a portion of his NIL earnings to a charitable organization of his choice each year. In 2024, he donated to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. This year, he donated to Goodwill Kentucky’s West Louisville Opportunity Center to help support individuals and families across the Louisville region.
“We are thrilled to partner with Miller Moss for the second year, and to have selected Goodwill Kentucky as the beneficiary for this donation. We’re so inspired by how this organization helps tens of thousands of individuals overcome employment barriers,” said Morgan & Morgan Co-Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Rabinowitz. “When Miller signed an NIL deal with us, he made it clear that he wanted to donate a portion of his earnings to a charitable organization – our firm was built on a mission to help others, and we’re fortunate to work with athletes like Miller who align with our values.”

“I’m grateful for this opportunity to give back to the community that’s welcomed me with open arms,” said University of Louisville quarterback Miller Moss. “As athletes, it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day issues that come from playing the game. I love playing football more than anything, but I try to remind myself to take a step back and focus on the bigger picture, and draw my purpose from having a platform to affect change in a positive way for the communities that I reside in. I feel extremely lucky to have this opportunity.”
“On behalf of Goodwill Kentucky, and the tens of thousands we serve every year, we’re grateful to Morgan & Morgan and Miller Moss for believing in this community and for helping us continue this important work,” said Goodwill Kentucky’s Chief Operating Officer Rena Sharpe. “Goodwill Kentucky’s mission is helping Kentuckians find pathways out of poverty and with the help of partners like Miller and Morgan & Morgan, we are able to provide the resources and encouragement they need to help move them forward and end poverty in Kentucky.”
