Our Goodwill IT team has informed us about a global outage with Microsoft and a software program called CrowdStrike that may/may not impact our employees. ABS and our internal IT team are in the process of testing several critical applications. We have found that most applications are working fine. However, there are reported issues with login access to UKG. UKG is aware and is working to resolve the issue. From what we currently know, our stores have not been impacted.
Microsoft and Crowdstrike have informed users that this is not a security incident or cyberattack. The issue has been identified, isolated, and a fix is being deployed. They are working on mitigating impacted areas to alternate systems to alleviate impacted service availability.
If you are having any issues with logging in to your laptop or accessing applications, please open a ticket with ABS after first trying to reboot.
