After years in the making, it’s hard to believe we will soon be moving to our headquarters in West Louisville, making the Norton Healthcare Goodwill Opportunity Campus our new home!

We are excited to relocate our headquarters to an area that will help us better serve our clients and integrate into a community that has historically been underserved. We are equally excited that you are making the move with us.

Who is moving?

Employees currently working out of our corporate offices in Louisville will move to the new Opportunity Campus, along with several employees working at different locations. For a full list, which includes new office numbers, click here. (Please include new office number on packing labels)

Who is helping us with the move?

RCF Group and ABS will be assisting during the moving period. We will host a virtual Q&A session on January 22 at 11 a.m. to go over any details we may have missed or may be specific to your needs.

What are we moving?

When are we moving?

Moving dates are January 31 – February 2. Our first day of work in the new office will be Monday, February 5. Please consult with your direct supervisor about your work schedule during the moving days. Please know that the building will be mostly inoperable during the moving phase. 

Also know, on January 29, corporate office employees will be asked to purge items that will not be going with them to west Broadway. We will provide more information as that date nears. 

Stay tuned for more updates from Communications. We will be communicating through email, TEAMS and this intranet portal. If you feel the need for other communications, please contact Director of Communications and PR Barnard Baker. 

***Please note that from January 31 – February 2, the AP department will not be able to print checks. If you need a physical check for the above dates, please provide the check request to AP no later than January 30 at 10 a.m. You will also need to let your AP clerk know that your request is a rushed item. All checks will need to be picked up from the corporate office no later than 5 p.m. on January 30. Any checks left at the front desk will be held by an AP clerk until February 5. As of February 5, you will need to pick up your checks at 2820 West Broadway.

What if I am away during the move dates?

 If you work in the current corporate office on 4th Street, moving materials and labels are available in the basement. 

Where are we moving? 

The address for the Opportunity Center on the Opportunity Campus is 2820 West Broadway, Louisville, KY 40211. Please address necessary parties to update this address (i.e. vendors, new business cards, letterhead, etc.). There will be directional signage to assist you on your move-in day.
