Jeff Korzenik
Chief Economist
Fifth Third Commercial Bank
Jeff Korzenik is the Chief Economist for Fifth Third Commercial Bank. In this role, Jeff provides research and analysis that impacts the Bank’s key markets, providing insight to business leaders and policymakers throughout the country. He is an award-winning author whose writings have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review and Newsweek, and Jeff has appeared regularly on CNBC, Bloomberg and Fox Business News. His groundbreaking book, “Untapped Talent: How Second Chance Hiring Works for Your Business and the Community” (HarperCollins Leadership, April 2021), shares the business case and best practices of hiring people with criminal records. Amy Luttrell

Goodwill Industries of Kentucky
Amy Luttrell has served in four local Goodwill Industries organizations over a span of 45 years. In 2014, she returned to her native state of Kentucky to lead Goodwill Industries of Kentucky. Luttrell has served on the GII board and Executive Council three times during her career and chaired the GII board from 2019 to 2021. She has chaired two Goodwill state and regional associations, and Goodwill Kentucky hosted the 2017 Delegate Assembly. Luttrell has been awarded the Kenneth K. King Executive Award for Management Excellence and the J.D. Robins Distinguished Career award.
Steve Preston
President and CEO
Goodwill Industries International
Prior to joining Goodwill Industries International, Steven C. Preston held leadership positions in the public and private sectors as an executive. He served as Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and as the Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration, leading both federal agencies during times of national crisis. He orchestrated successful turnarounds as the CEO of two private corporations, Oakleaf Global Holdings and Livingston International. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of two Fortune 500 companies – Waste Management and ServiceMaster – during times of significant change and restructuring for each company. Preston graduated with Highest Distinction from Northwestern University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Lisa Rusyniak

Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake
Lisa Rusyniak is President and CEO for Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. in Baltimore. Prior to her promotion to CEO she served as the Chief Operating Officer. She has served with the organization for 25 years and oversees all aspects of the organization which includes workforce development who is responsible for providing employment services to over 3,000+ individuals in the Baltimore metropolitan area and Eastern Shore, as well as marketing, fundraising, human resources, finance, retail, goodwill staffing services and public policy.
Lane Schonour
VP of Executive Development
Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona and Monocacy Valley
Lane Schonour, Ed.D. has spent more than 26 years serving Goodwill and its mission. Currently, he is the Vice President of Executive Development for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona and the Monocacy Valley. (GCNA/GIMV) He is responsible for leading all internal executive development, succession planning, and board development efforts for the organization. He also oversees the organization’s participation in – and support of – external groups, including Goodwill state and regional associations and community partnerships. Prior to joining GCNA/GIMV, Lane led the Executive and Senior Leader Programs for Goodwill Industries International.
