Goodwill Industries of Kentucky Vice President of Career Services Martha Stephenson has been named to Louisville Business First’s list of 20 People to Know in Nonprofits.

Martha has more than 25 years of varied experience in the sector and relentless passion and support for Goodwill’s mission to serve the underserved.
As the vice president of career services for Goodwill, Stephenson is responsible for the strategic design, implementation and oversight of all Goodwill program services across the nonprofit’s 103-county footprint, for both internal and external clients. This includes planning, developing, implementing and monitoring services to assist individuals through barrier removal and training and development.
Prior to her current role, Stephenson served as a director of career services for Goodwill in the Louisville area, where she created, implemented and led programs and services offered at the Metro Louisville Opportunity Center. Stephenson joined Goodwill in 2017 in the philanthropy field as the director of community engagement and development.
