Congratulations to Goodwill Industries of Kentucky Director of Information Technology Jeff Grammer, who was named a Tech Power Player by the Lead Tribune Group and ComSpark Magazine. Along with receiving the honor, Grammer was also featured in the ComSpark Magazine podcast.
The Tech Power Player Awards celebrate the region’s leading technology executives and thought leaders who champion technology. Recipients were recognized on stage last night at the Hilton Garden Inn in front of technology and innovation experts across the Greater Louisville area. Each recipient will also be nominated for the exclusive Trace3 “Outlier Award”, to be presented at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in 2020.
“One of the greatest challenges we have in technology that we need to try to address is adding more diversity into the employee base structure,” said Jeff during his podcast interview. “Not just with women and race, but also to include things like generational and educational backgrounds, and socioeconomic status – Which is why I get so much fulfillment with working at Goodwill.”
