After years of addiction and incarceration, Jennifer was ready for a fresh start. Her journey toward a second chance began with drug court and continued through her work at Goodwill Kentucky.
As a team lead at Goodwill Kentucky’s Mapleleaf store, Jennifer has shown resilience, determination, and commitment to personal growth.
Demonstrating her commitment to recovery and building a stable future, Jennifer was able to successfully complete drug court and establish a solid foundation with the support of her judge, counselors, case managers, probation officers, Goodwill Kentucky’s Mission Integration team, and her career coach, Ashley.
She credits Goodwill with allowing her to better herself, learn new skills, and continue growing both personally and professionally.
“This journey hasn’t been easy, but with Goodwill Kentucky’s support, I’ve been able to make positive changes and move forward with a new mindset and a stronger foundation,” Jennifer said. “I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m committed to continuing this path.”
